Oxley NVIS compatible lighting product

Modification of avionic equipment, to convert the lighting to be NVG compatible, is a core day-to-day activity of Oxley. This activity is at the heart of all aircraft upgrades. We provide this service to operators, aircraft design authorities, equipment manufacturers, aircraft installation companies and panel manufacturers.

Items modified are lighting bezels, panels, illuminated pushbuttons and warning/caution indicators. Display windows are tailored to suit the illumination technology.

The military and police aviation market dominates, but Increasingly we are modifying equipent for land and sea platforms.

Oxley offers a vast range of NVG-compatible lighting upgrades. These are based upon the cost effective premise of modifying the existing equipment.

When an aircraft NVL capability is specified, there is no guarantee that all required equipment is available from the original manufacturer in an NVG-compatible version. The Oxley team is pleased to produce modifications for all cockpit items. It is essential to modify every light source in the cockpit, or else the solution may impair the NVG performance and jeopardize the mission or flight safety.
