Oxley Avionics offer a vast range of NVG compatible lighting upgrades. These are based upon the cost effective premise of modifying the existing equipment. Primarily for aircraft applications they can also be fitted to both sea and land vehicles. Our offerings range from basic but cost effective flight safety test improvements, to highly advanced and comprehensive upgraded modifications which will enhance the operational capabilities of the aircraft.

In response to customer demands against FAA/CAA regulated airspace, Oxley have developed a range of modified external lighting. Pioneers of the Dual Mode exterior lighting suite which comprises of filtered visual NVG Friendly lights, aircrew can fly in close formation using NVG’s while still maintaining visual lighting, and Near Infra Red (NIR) Covert Lights. Invisible to the human eye, these covert lights provide orientation and range cues to a pilot wearing NVG’s. They can be designed to emit differing levels of infra red for detection at varying distances.
