COVID

March 2022

We continue to operate in a time of disruption due to the COVID pandemic. The health and safety of our team, our community, our customers and our suppliers remains our top priority at Oxley and we are following all advice from the UK Government to ensure we are taking the right action to protect our people. From March 2021 Oxley has been completing regular asymptomatic testing for all employees on site as part of the Cumbria County Council testing programme. We are in full adherence with the latest Government advice on working safely with stringent hygiene regimes and social distancing measures in place to protect everyone working on site.

As a defence contractor it is crucial that we continue to provide the industry with the critical military solutions they need to protect security. All facilities and processes remain fully operational without major disruption. Oxley’s ability to embrace innovation and agility in adopting new ways of working have ensured that order commitments are being met and customers are receiving the excellent level of support they expect from Oxley. The team is constantly monitoring potential impacts on the supply chain and import & export arrangements in order to mitigate against potential disruption.

Oxley’s ‘Covid Secure Self Certification’ highlights that we have taken all the steps advised by the UK Government. The Oxley management team are continuing to monitor the situation and will respond to any changes accordingly.
