 
 Darren joined Oxley in 1994 after completing a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship at VSEL (now BAE Systems), he holds a First Class Hons Degree in Mechanical and Computer Aided Engineering. Darren was appointed as Oxley Technical Director in May 2009, his particular areas of expertise include LED Lighting for aerospace applications and night vision upgrades. Darren was then appointed Head of the Lighting & Systems division in 2017 and took up the post of Oxley Group CEO in 2018.

 Paul joined Oxley in 2020 as a Finance Manager before taking up his role as Oxley Group CFO. Prior to Oxley, Paul has held a number of different financial roles across various industries within the UK, predominately in manufacturing businesses. Within his previous roles, Paul has mostly focused on areas of commercial and operational finance.

 Ed joined Oxley Inc in 2013 in the Purchasing
Department. With A Business Law Degree from the W.P Carey School of Business at
Arizona State University. Prior to Oxley Ed worked in outside sales for a water
filtration company and as an auditor for a Regional Gas Utility Company
additionally he spent 8 years in retail Management. Ed was appointed as Oxley Inc
Operations Manager in September 2016 and subsequently then took over the Oxley
Inc site in January of 2024. Ed enjoys being a leader and a teacher, but his
true passion lies in raising his 3 young children. Focusing on growing the
Oxley brand while keeping the family culture and atmosphere is a drive to
working at our company.
