Oxley quality systems

Oxley is committed to maintaining a high standard of quality throughout all its business processes.

The Group currently holds the following national and international quality standards and approvals:

 

  • AS9100 Rev D
  • ISO9001:2015
  • ISO14001:2015

 

The Oxley quality management system adheres to a range of international quality standards including ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D (Registration Certificate FM653824). The quality management system delivers a quality programme against an agreed set of objectives which is implemented throughout the company.

Oxley conducts regular audits of its business activities in accordance with statutory regulations. External audits are carried out by BSI on an annual basis and internal audits are carried out by a team of qualified auditors.

Quality Assurance 

The assurance of quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by Oxley and is practised by all of the team in their daily activities. All work is carried out in accordance with clearly designed and formally approved procedures and is regularly checked at all stages of manufacture. This ensures that customers receive products that meet all of the relevant mechanical, electrical, optical and environmental requirements.

In order to ensure that Oxley is only working with the best suppliers, a supplier assessment process is completed and Oxley maintains a list of approved suppliers, this is reviewed and updated every 12 months.

Oxley is regularly audited for Export compliance and is delighted to have been issued with a Certificate of Export Control Compliance.  

Prompt Payment Code

145 Repair Station 

Oxley Inc in the U.S. are proud to have been approved as a 145 Repair Station. This is a certification issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to show that Oxley Inc can perform maintenance and approve our parts for return to service after any maintenance has been performed.
