Oxley has welcomed a cohort of nine apprentices into the business as the group focuses on upskilling and growing talent in advanced manufacturing.
The intake is the largest in the company’s recent history, the expansion of the Oxley apprentice recruitment programme is testament to the vital role apprentices play in the organisation; stimulating growth and supporting the business to improve productivity and increase exports.
The newly recruited cohort will be undertaking a range of roles across Business Administration and Design, Quality and Engineering. Oxley offers a full turnkey solution which provides the apprentices with a unique opportunity to move around the business gaining a valuable breadth of experience.
