As with the wing-tip LED lighting module, the tail light incorporates both anti-collision light and white navigation light assemblies. With an aluminium and polycarbonate lens assembly the light weighs 3.4 lbs (1.54kg). No additional power supplies are required.

Operating at 28vDC the light draws 0.26 amps during normal operation and has a 30,000 hour MTBF.

The tail light cluster incorporates an end-of-life feedback feature.
